I work as a Senior Consultant in Futurestep Italy, a Korn Kerry Company, in the Consumer Practice. In this role, I am in charge of business development activities and delivery of search and selections projects which are under the responsibility of the Team.
From October 2011 to December 2013, I was fully dedicated to an on-site RPO at Nestlè Italiana.
I joined Futurestep last July 2007.
Previously, I worked as a Consultant, firstly with Horton International, and then with Arethusa, where I developed expertise in the HR field within both Italian and multi-national companies. I was dedicated to manage search projects ranging from Middle to Senior management, particularly in the areas of Sales & Marketing, HR, Legal and Finance.
At the beginning of my career, I worked as a generalist, and later I specialized in the Real Estate, Banking and FMCG & Luxury sectors.
I have a degree in Philosophy from the State University of Milan, and a HR Master. I am Italian mother tongue and speak fairly good English.
